5. Important: If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Once accepted, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for damaged or mismatched products, provided the following conditions are met:

A verifiable unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.


Video Requirements

The unboxing video must clearly show the product being opened and the issue (damage or mismatch) without any cuts or edits.

Refund Process

1. Review – Our team will evaluate the submitted video to verify the issue.


2. Approval – If approved, we will initiate the refund process.


3. Issuance – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.


4. Timeline – Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements

We also offer replacements for eligible damaged or mismatched products. The replacement process is the same as the refund process mentioned above.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement

1. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.


2. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.


4. Important: If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it and contact us immediately. Accepted packages with damage will only qualify if supported by a valid unboxing video.
